Continue with the approved ChatGPT identity for your CRM account. Multi-factor authentication is controlled by your identity provider and must be enabled there.

Use the exact email address approved for your workspace.

Google shows “400” or blocks sign-in
  1. Open ChatGPT sign-in in a private browser window and choose the sign-in method already associated with the approved email.
  2. If that account was created with Google, choose Continue with Google and select the exact approved address. Do not select a personal alias or another company account.
  3. Allow cookies and JavaScript for chatgpt.com, openai.com, and auth.openai.com. Temporarily disable a VPN, ad blocker, privacy extension, or strict tracking protection for the sign-in attempt.
  4. If it is a managed Google Workspace account, ask the organization’s administrator to permit ChatGPT/OpenAI sign-in for that user.
  5. After ChatGPT sign-in succeeds, return here and select Continue with ChatGPT once.

If the error continues, send support the exact error wording, approximate time, browser, and whether the failure occurred before returning to Relationship CRM. Never send a password, verification code, or authentication token.
