Service terms

Effective September 20, 2026 · Version 2026-09-20

Access and authorized use

Use only your assigned account and workspaces. Keep your sign-in credentials private. Customer owners are responsible for choosing authorized team members and appropriate integration sources. Access is currently arranged through the CRM team; signing in alone does not grant customer access.

Your content and responsibilities

You retain ownership of your content and authorize its processing as needed to provide the CRM and operations you request. Ensure you have authority to import, record, share and process information. Follow the business-only data policy. Do not upload PHI or clinical records, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service for unlawful activity.

AI and external services

Review AI drafts, suggested tasks, recipients and destinations before approving actions. AI output may be inaccurate. External services have their own terms, permissions, availability and charges; a connection may expire or require administrator approval. Generated content is not automatically a completed send or publication.

Trials, subscriptions and cancellation

Your written billing agreement specifies the trial end, monthly price, allowances and start date. The pricing page alone does not authorize a charge. Accepting these terms does not authorize recurring payment. Payment arrangements are separately confirmed through the billing provider. Use the CRM billing controls or contact support to request cancellation and verify confirmation. Existing customer agreements remain applicable; changes to price require a new agreement.

Service and data requests

Features may be unavailable during maintenance or provider interruptions. No uninterrupted-service or healthcare-compliance guarantee is made. Contact support for export, account closure, retention and deletion arrangements. Keep copies of critical business records.
